Spring with army green

The best time of the year is finally here! Everything is green and full of flowers. Sometimes I just want to sit somewhere and spend whole day watching how beautiful nature is. But reality!
I know that I am not the only one who has problems with one spring companion and that is spring fatigue. Winter always leave me tired, stressed and without energy, so I try to find some ways to wake me up. I have found some ways to keep my energy up and if anyone else has this problem, try the following things and you will feel better, trust me.
One thing about spring that I love is more and more sunny days. Beacuse of that, I am trying to take advantage of the sun and give my body a little bit of vitamin D. That helps a lot. Don't just sit in your house and watch other people trough the window. Go to walk, run, or if you like to exercise, exercise outdoors. It leaves you with great feeling.
Next thing is definitely food. Try to eat light and healthy food wich include a lot of fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water is the most important thing. 
If you feel realy tired, sleep. Sleep is sometimes the only thing that can cause spring fatigue. If you work really hard trough the day, be sure that you sleep at least 8 hours. 
And don't forget to have some time for yourself. Forget about everything that bothers you, makes you sad, depressed, brings you down. Do what you love to do! Be yourself!
